چکیده

In this study, the influence of thermal radiation and dispersion on a porous medium which was filled in vertical cylinder numerically solved. A finite-difference method used to solve non-dimensional equations by applying Crank-Nicolson implicit numerical technique. Moreover, an experimental set-up has been initially built investigate effect three different grain sizes materials heat transfer process. The results indicated that increased momentum thickness boundary-layer during natural-convection Whereas, factor decreased process, enabled steady transient transfer. pore size significantly affected rate smaller showed greater could be applications involve higher rate, while larger can potentially as insulating material.
